Shipping & Processing Times
When will my order ship?
Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed. Please note that fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email. Your patience is greatly appreciated <3
Expected Shipping Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for US orders. Please allow 4-8 weeks for international orders; though in some cases international packages can take up to 2-3 months. Thank you for your patience! Please contact me via email with your order # or full name if it doesn’t arrive to you in those time frames.
Help With An Order
My package arrived damaged or I think it may be missing...
Please let me know via email! Include your name and order #. We will come up with a solution as soon as possible!
Incorrect Addresses
The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout. If your order has not been shipped yet you can email me to request the address update on your order. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, I will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it. If there is any incomplete address, we will contact you as soon as possible. I have a timeframe of 5 business days to provide the correct shipping information. If I have not received an answer within 5 days, your order will be canceled.
If a package is returned to me, you will be contacted via email. The shipping fee must be paid again if you would like your order reshipped or sent to a new address. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and your original payment account will be refunded for the cost of goods. Taxes and shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Customs Fees and International Taxes
Please be aware of your country’s custom charges. I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
